Missouri Surgical Preceptor Opportunity (Inpatient Required)

A.T. Still University PA Program | Clinical Rotations 2025–2026

Are you a board-certified MD, DO or certified PA, or NP in a surgical specialty with inpatient care? AMOpportunities (AMO) is partnering with A.T. Still University to place PA students in 5-week clinical rotations across Missouri.

We're seeking preceptors in General, Ortho, Bariatric, or other inpatient surgical specialties who want to mentor students while being supported by our team.

💡 Note: AMOpportunities (AMO) is a trusted clinical education partner that works alongside academic institutions to streamline student placement and provide full administrative, compliance, and scheduling support to preceptors.

📅 Rotation Dates

• Oct 6 – Nov 7, 2025 (3 students)
• Nov 10 – Dec 12, 2025 (2 students)

✅ Preceptor Requirements

• Board-certified /certified in your surgical specialty & licensed in MO (active and in good standing)
• 34 hours/week minimum
• 8 hands-on patient encounters per 8-hour shift
• Must complete evaluation, site info form, and preceptor manual review
