Phoenix Children's is seeking an exceptional Pediatric Physiatrist/Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine physician to assume the role of Division Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) within Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s.

In this pivotal leadership position, you will steer and nurture the clinical, educational, and research facets of the division. Your responsibilities will encompass the delivery of comprehensive, specialized medical care to pediatric patients with neuromuscular conditions, congenital conditions, and trauma-related injuries. As you lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will also foster collaborative relationships with other departments to uphold the highest standard of patient care.

Job Qualifications

1. MD/DO with board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, preferably with a sub-specialization in Pediatric PM&R
2. Eligibility for medical licensure in the jurisdiction of practice
3. Proven clinical expertise in Pediatric PM&R, with a strong record of patient care and outcomes
4. Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a clinical or academic setting
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
6. Strong commitment to education, research, and the advancement of the field
7. Share coverage of the inpatient rehabilitation unit, the inpatient PM&R consult service, and both outpatient physiatry as well as multi-disciplinary clinics
