Physician - Family Medicine ($300,000-$400,000)

Job Description:

Position: Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week, 4hr-12hr shifts) Shift Options:

• Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
• 12 days/28-day block (Wed-Fri, 3 on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 on/6 off)

• EasternWoods Family Practice
• Lake Cascades Primary Care

Requirements:

• Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility)
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice & license
• No visa support or Locums candidates accepted
