Lead as Internal Medicine Residency Program Director: Shape the Future of Healthcare

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Internal Medicine Residency as Program Director. This position presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of medical education, mentor residents, and contribute to the advancement of internal medicine within our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid and unrestricted medical license from the State of California
• Shall have completed an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine
• Shall be certified/maintain certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine Physicians
• 3-5 years of Internal Medicine education and/or administrative experience, preferably as a Director, Associate Director, Site Director, or Core Faculty member of an Internal Medicine Residency Training Program.
