General Urologist with a Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient
Call Requirements/Schedule:
- Clinic: Monday to Friday
- 2-3 nights of call per week
- 24-hour weekend call
Patients:
- Age Range: Adult and some peds
- Volume: Approximately 8-10 clinic patients per shift
Types of Cases:
- General Urology
Procedures:
- Laparoscopic Surgeries
- Ureteroscopy
- Nephrectomy
- Prostatectomy
- Robotic Surgery
- TRUS Biopsies
- Incontinence Procedures
Support Staff:
- 1 Registered Nurse
- Medical Assistants
- 5 Advanced Practice Providers
Charting System:
- Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe:
- 60 days, emergency temp privileges available
Coverage Needed:
- Sporadic needs from October onward based on permanent providers' time off requests
- Looking for a provider who can cover PRN needs for a long term basis
Special Requirements:
- Basic Life Support certification required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
