Job Details

• Outpatient clinic setting

• Family Medicine with Pediatrics

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.

• NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!

• Flexibility for 0.8-1.0 FTE (32-40 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Program
• Ability to obtain NP licensure in IL
