  • Strengthen inpatient rehab programs, post-acute transitions, and outpatient rehabilitation services.
  • Spearhead value-based care initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Enhance clinical integration, quality metrics, and patient-centered outcomes within a matrix leadership model.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is a forward-thinking leader who brings a combination of clinical expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision to expand and enhance a top-tier PM&R program. They should possess:

  • Board-Certified Physiatrist (MD or DO) with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic vision for PM&R service line expansion and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience in value-based care models preferred with system-wide rehabilitation integration.
  • Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Business & Financial Acumen – Ability to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and expand services. MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Servant Leader Mindset – Someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about supporting their team.
  • Strong Communication & Influence – Ability to align PM&R with other specialties, engage hospital leadership, and drive system-wide improvements. Be Rewarded for Your Contributions

Rochester Regional Health values and rewards the leadership, expertise, and dedication of its physicians. This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, ensuring you are supported professionally and personally.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation Package – Includes a highly competitive base salary with leadership incentives and quality performance bonuses.
