* Schedule: 6a-2p, 12p-8p. 2p-10p, 10p-6a
* 12 beds in the emergency department
* Types of Cases: Varying cases
* Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 Days
* Board Certification and an active license are required
* Procedure logs in the last 2 years required
