• Functions as 1 Critical Care Team with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa-San Marcos

  • Work 1 week at San Marcos, 1 week at New Braunfels
• Full-Time W-2 position with benefits (14-15 shifts/month)
• 132 Hospital Beds
• 14 ICU Beds
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Closed ICU
• Flexible schedule; not necessarily 7 on/ 7 off
• Average Daily Encounters: 9
• EMR: Epic
• Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p
• Night: 1 NP/PA 7p-7a & Physician on-call

• Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Critical Care & Pulmonology
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience
  • Must have Active TX license & DEA
  • Must be available to start in 2024
  • Must provide procedure logs
