What You’ll Do: As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment planning that aligns with best practices. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, collaborating to ensure patients receive the most comprehensive, effective care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Care: Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and manage medication protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, offering expert guidance in case formulation and psychopharmacology.
• Supportive Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with team members to facilitate effective patient care and clinical decision-making.
• Productivity & Documentation: Meet billable hour productivity standards and complete all clinical documentation (including treatment plans and service authorizations) in a timely manner (within one business day).

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a psychiatric nursing or mental health care setting is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a passion for mental health care.
• Ability to obtain prescriptive authority in Indiana (if not already obtained).
