COASC – FT CRNA

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health has an outstanding opportunity for FT CRNA to join the team at CarePlex Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center (COASC), in Hampton, VA!

Position Highlights:

·       Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Medical Group.

·       No nights, weekends, or holidays

·       Care Team Model and orthopedics only.

·       Flexible schedule – 8 and 10hr shifts available.

o   7a – 3p – 5 days/week.

o   7a – 5p - 4 days/week.

·       20 – 25 cases/day with 3 ORs.

Compensation and Benefits:

·       Annual base salary - $210,000 to $250,000+.

·       Annual quality bonus up to $5,000/year.

·       $50k sign on/commencement bonus with 2-year commitment.

·       Annual CME allowance - $3,000.

·       6 weeks paid annual leave/year.

·       Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, life insurance, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.

·       Sentara Student Debt Program - $10,000.

·       Paid parental leave up to 4 weeks.

·       PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible – Sentara is a not-for-profit organization.
