The Allegheny Health Network (AHN), Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Institute is seeking a full-time Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team here in Pittsburgh, PA!

Join a supportive team caring for patients with medical-psychiatric comorbid conditions at Allegheny General Hospital, a 576-bed tertiary care facility. Facilitate psychiatry clerkship experiences for medical students and psychiatry residents. Provide integrated psychiatric care as part of an interdisciplinary team within an academic medical center. Join a vertically integrated fiscal and clinical delivery system that is revolutionizing behavioral health service models, providing evidence-based treatments and measurement-based care.

AHN Behavioral Health Institute Additional Benefits:

• CEU allowance: $2500 and five paid Professional Development days annually
• Emphasis on collaboration between psychologist, psychotherapists, advanced practice providers and psychiatrist within the Institute.
• Weekly Grand Rounds with free CME offerings
• Opportunities to train and supervise psychiatry residents, psychiatric nurse practitioner residents and medical students.

Qualifications:

• Completion of ACGME approved Psychiatry Residency
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
• DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment
