FM or IM Assignment in Colorado

### A healthcare facility in Colorado is looking for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine provider to join their team on a locum tenens basis!

### Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Primarily adults, with occasional pediatric patients
• Average volume of 16 patients per day (20-minute appointments)

• Team-based care with RN, MA's, behavioral health, case manager, and patient navigators

  • Charting System: EPIC

### ** Cases and Procedures**

• Types of cases include chronically ill patients (heavy Medicare/Medicaid patients)
• Mole removal, toenail removal, IUD placements (preferred but not required), diabetes, and high blood pressure management

### ** Schedule**

• Monday-Friday

• 8 AM - 5 PM (with a 1 PM lunch hour)

  • No call requirements

### ** Requirements**

• Family Medicine (preferred), Internal Medicine, or Nurse Practitioner
• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Colorado medical license
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum 36 months of experience (5+ years preferred for NPs/PAs)
