The Polyclinic is one of the largest multispecialty physician led groups in the Seattle area and home to the top specialists in the area.

You will join a tenured and well-respected team of three Neurologists. You will be surrounded by a dedicated support team of MA’s, nurses, and clinic administrators, allowing you to focus on your clinic practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $300,000 to $500,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
