URGENT NEED - open to 13 weeks or 6 months contract

A minimum of 12-14 shifts a month required

Flexible hourly rate - ASAP start. Quick credentialing

-12hr shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a

-12hr APP mid-day support 10a-10p

-Average of 13,000 annual visits
