Locum CRNAs needed for Full-Time coverage near Phoenix.

1. Care Team, CRNAs able to do regional blocks if desired (not required)
2. Cases: Level 1 trauma center and burn center, all hospital-based cases, OR, NORA, ENDO, Trauma, Burn, and regional blocks are done by acute pain but the CRNAs, if they want to do them they can.
3. Must be willing to do OB
4. Shifts - 12 hour shifts
5. Schedule: Full time, M – F ongoing – 3 to 4 shifts/week, must be flexible to work any day during the week that is needed by the chief
6. Minimum 3 shifts/week
7. 1 weekend/month is required as an option to have coverage. Perm Staff gets first option
8. Weekend shifts will be 12 hours – Either 7Am – 7PM – OR – 7PM – 7AM, must commit to at least 1 weekend/month
9. Weekend shifts CAN be included into confirmed weekly hours
10. No call for locums
11. Credentialing time: 45 - 60 days
12. $220/hour all-inclusive
