** Family Medicine Medical Director – Kenai, Alaska**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Medical Director to lead a primary care team in Kenai, Alaska! This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide an integrated, culturally-sensitive care model, focusing on holistic healthcare for Alaska Native and American Indian populations.

Practice Setting

• Culturally grounded, integrated care setting with medical, dental, behavioral health services, physical therapy, and wellness programs
• Join a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health specialists, physical therapists, and more
• Outpatient-only setting with a focus on holistic, culturally-sensitive care for a diverse patient base
• Practice mix is 60% clinical and 40% administrative

** Schedule**

• Choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour shifts

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • No traditional call; providers work one Saturday per month with a weekday off as compensation

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Negotiable salary starts at $275,000 and up

  • Bonuses include a $25,000 signing bonus, plus a $25,000 retention bonus
