Position Highlights

  • Collegial group practice with a large referral base
  • Established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume
  • Our team includes 5 physicians and 2 dedicated advanced practitioners, 4 audiologists
  • Call is 1:7-8
  • Full Audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid dispensing services offered
  • Main location will be in Worcester, additional locations could include Milford, Leominster, Southborough.
  • Established minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery performed with 3 in-office operating rooms for minor procedures
  • Robust allergy practice with testing, intradermal and sublingual immunotherapy
  • The dept is open to building the practice to accommodate any additional surgical procedures of your interest
  • Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license
  • State of the art Epic EMR system
  • Student and Resident teaching; and Research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications

  • BC/ BE in Otolaryngology
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or willing to obtain
  • Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Subspecialty interest a plus
  • Experience working within a Team Care model
  • Fluency in EMR systems & technology
