Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Urology is seeking a full-time faculty. We are recruiting a BC/BE urologist with an interest in general urology to complement specialty services in our department. This individual could have expertise in any number of disease or treatment groups such as minimally invasive surgery, stones, BPH or other niches and would use their general skills either treat the patient or direct the patient to specialty care. The individual would have an opportunity to work in our local community practice and depending on interest, provide care and participate in resident or medical student teaching.
The urology residency was recently approved for a complement increase. The department covers an academic medical center, two "safety net" hospitals, a Veterans Administration hospital and a local community hospital. We are seeking team-oriented individuals who will be a good fit into our program and the community. Specific responsibilities will be tailored to the individuals training and skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $300,000 - $367,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
