** Position Summary:**
Our Texas healthcare facility seeks a dedicated Medical Director to oversee and coordinate the clinical activities of our PACE team, including providing high-quality geriatric care.
** Practice Details and Responsibilities:**
- Conduct performance evaluations, oversee participant care, and ensure adherence to medical standards and compliance
- Collaborate with executives, manage clinical outcomes, and supervise healthcare personnel
- Oversee pharmacy services, manage relationships with subspecialty contractors, and screen/negotiate with potential medical staff
- Implement and manage Quality Improvement and Utilization Management programs to optimize outcomes
** Schedule:**

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- No weekend duties
** Financials & Benefits:**
- Annual guaranteed base salary

** Requirements:**

Medical Director experience is preferred, but interim or earlier leadership roles considered
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Board Certification in Internal Medicine required
- Texas medical license preferred, but not mandatory
