The University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Pathology is recruiting 2 community Pathologists for their hospital in Altoona, PA. Fellowship training in Cytopathology preferred, but not required. Must be AP/CP ABMS Board Certified or Board Eligible
Position Highlights
- UPMC Altoona has a surgical pathology volume of over 13,000
- Surgical cases and 3,000 non-gynecological cytopathology Specimens.
- Join a team of 2 pathologists
- Specialty pathology consultations and services are available from academic core pathology services at UPMC in Pittsburgh.
- Night and weekend call are equally shared
- Specialty pathology services provide expertise in all areas necessary, as well as sophisticated services in immunohistochemistry, imaging and molecular Anatomic pathology.
