Our ideal candidate:

• Hold an active, unrestricted NP license in the appropriate state
• 3-5 years of experience as an NP in geriatrics and/or primary care
• Maintain current certification as an NP
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a current DEA license
• Embrace the role's patient-facing nature and participate in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program if selected
