Our primary care team is seeking a skilled and compassionate BC IM/FM Physician to join our dynamic practice and serve our growing community.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, disease management, and overall health promotion for patients of all ages. As a primary care physician with us, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult, and geriatric patients.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in primary care is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
