Practice Highlights:
- General outpatient Family Medicine practice
- Full time position
- Well-established team of physicians experienced working with APCs, all supported by dedicated staff
- Experienced integrated behavioral health professional embedded within the practice
- No evening or weekend call

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work to the top of your licensure while providing excellent primary care to patients
- Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various health conditions
- Practice evidence-based medicine
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Physician Associate by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date
- Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Primary care outpatient experience as an PA preferred
