Practice Setting
- Outpatient primary care center with onsite lab, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health
- Patients are aged 2 years and up
- Average volume of 12-15 patients per day

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
** Cases and Procedures**

Primary care, chronic care conditions, acute sick visits, wellness exams
- Procedures include immunizations
** Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- BLS and DEA certifications
- Licensed in California
- Credentialing timeframe is 7 days with TB test and full drug screen
