BC Anesthesiologist- Need 3 FT MDs

Location: Kearney NE

Excellent Compensation

Description: Start Date/length of assignment: January 13th- Outgoing

Shifts-multiple shifts can be accommodated 5x10's, 4x10's or they prefer someone willing to do 12hrs 2-4 times a week (not required)

MD needs to cover minimum 2 weeks of coverage per month ongoing

On call: not required, but preferred,

Needs: willing to take a combination of 3 MD's, 2MD's and a CRNA, Etc.

Reason for Coverage: Staff leaving and Expansion

Practice Setting: Level 3 hospital with 6 ORs, 2 endo sites, 2 C-section suites and 3 cath labs

Call Ratio: rotating shifts

Documentation System/EMR: Epic

Average Number of cardiac Cases: average 3 open hearts a week, heavy on Cardiac, but will prioritize Permanent staff, unless Locum clinician is experienced in cardiac.

No CRNA Supervision

Peds- Healthy Peds, low census of cases, not required but prefer since they currently dont have peds specialist.

Number of Operating Rooms: 6

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days, can be done quicker if need arises. Not able to get credentialed without License.

Callback time- 50 minutes

Cases - General, Ortho, no Neuro cases, Occasional Peds

Prefer candidates- Willing to take some call, Cardiac experienced, Experienced with Epidurals are a must, cardiac highly preferred (not required) no big malpractice Claims (not a deal breaker).

Need active NE state license &Will accept physicians with IMLC
