• 1.0 FTE
• $261,983 2 year guarantee + $25k sign on bonus
• Generous Student Loan Forgiveness program up to $100k
• Annual incentive bonus
• Located at 979 W Main St #201, West Dundee, IL 60118
• 100% Outpatient
• 36 clinic hours per week
• Open to 4 or 5 day work weeks
• 1 dedicated MA assigned to each physician
• EPIC EMR
• Dax Copilot (integrated AI scribe service)
