Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Residents welcome to apply
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Clinic hours: M-F 8a-5p
• 10-12 Patients per day
• 100% Outpatient
• Call Schedule: Based on number of physicians in market (if 20 physician in market = call 1:20)
• Care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
• Deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Performing In-Office Medical Procedures such as: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
• Conduct preventive screenings with geriatric patients
