We’re looking for high-quality board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our telehealth practice.

Salary range: $160,000 to $280,000k*

*Our target compensation is $187,000 for clinicians that are billing 33 clinical hours a week and taking their generous paid time off. The range is a function of how many weekly visits are done, documentation and billing practices reflecting complexity and services provided.

Your Role: -Provide clinical consultations: Assessments, workups, treatment plans, medication management.

• Support individuals with diverse mental health needs.
• Utilize our EHR & telehealth platform.
• Engage with patients: 30-minute follow-ups, 1-hour initial consultations.
• Participate in collaborative case conferences and team culture.
• Adhere to policies: Documentation, quality audits, measurement-informed care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience with assessments, diagnosis, triage, medication, treatment, crisis management.
• ANCC-certified PMHNP.
• Seeking full-time (33 bookable hours/week).
• Valid CA BRN furnishing license.
• Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.
• Valid/active DEA for schedule II-V medications.
• Open to exploring 103B independent practice in CA.
• Comfortable with technology, EHR, telehealth.
• Experience with adult or adolescent (13-17) populations.
• Empathetic and skilled in building rapport.

Additional Requirements:

• No federal healthcare program suspensions/exclusions/debarments.
• No adverse actions by the nursing board, hospital, or credentialing body (past 2 years).
