Non-invasive Cardiologist at The Villages Health in The Villages, Florida

The Villages Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Non-Invasive Cardiologist. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert cardiovascular care to individuals, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 90 Primary Care Providers.
• In-house diagnostics including echocardiograms, nuclear, and vascular services.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.
• Hospital Rounding optional.

Job Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or certified.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
