Saint Francis, a Level III Trauma Center serving a patient population of 720,000, is seeking General Surgeons to join our esteemed Medical Partners and take over an established referral base.

• Breast Care
• Colon & Small Bowel Surgery
• Endocrine Surgery
• Gallbladder
• Gastrointestinal Surgery
• Hernia Repair
• Rectal Surgery
• Splenectomy
• Surgical Oncology
• Vascular Access Surgery

Benefits:

1. $615K base salary or greater for the first two years, transitioning to pure productivity starting in year three
2. APP collaboration stipend
3. $50,000 signing bonus or a monthly stipend option for residents

Requirements:

Medical Partners uphold the highest standards of professional excellence and are expected to meet the following criteria:

1. Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery (Trauma Fellowship preferred)
2. Missouri physician license or ability to obtain upon credentialing
3. Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing
4. BLS certification or ability to obtain upon credentialing

Responsibilities:

• Call coverage: 1:5 at one hospital
• Flexible Clinic/OR schedule
• Clinic attached to the hospital
• Access to two da Vinci Xi® robotic systems
• Dedicated surgical team with first assistants and OR rooms
• 24/7 support from Trauma APPs
• Strong Hospitalist and Intensivist teams with a 20-bed open floor ICU
• EMR: EPIC
