Reason For Coverage: Need full time coverage (will take 2-3 locum providers)

Dates & Required Availability: April-ongoing

Shift Info: Mon-Fri 8a-5p (clinic) + consult call from 7a-5p on lab day, No evening or weekend call

​

Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days

​

Job Details:

• Setting: Clinic and hospital
• # of patients seen: 20+ per clinic day
• Patients are primarily Adult/Geri
• Required: ablations, pacemakers, ICD, extractions
• Support: RN, device clinic LVN
• EMR: EPIC
• device clinic/MURJ database, Intellispace for EKG, Sectra for Imaging
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
