• On call: no call
• Cases: GU, GYN, General, ortho, Spine, ENT, GI, Light vascular (no heads or hearts), ENDO
• Supervision Ratio: Medical Direction Model - Total of 10 MDs and 17 CRNAs in practice  
• ORs: 9
• How long does Credentialing Take: 60 days but TEMP AVAILABLE with clean background and active PA license
• EMR: Meditech & paper
