About Chesapeake Urology
Chesapeake Urology is the largest urology practice in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region. The practice currently supports 83 urologists, 3 pathologists, 5 radiation oncologists and 32 advanced practice providers (“APPs”) in the MD/DC market.
In 2024-2025, the practice and its physicians are actively seeking five to six full-time urologists in an effort to continue its expansion into new markets and replace upcoming retirees.
United considers the opportunity in the Baltimore-metro to be extremely compelling as a result of (a) the practice’s accelerated path to partnership depending on experience, (b) physician compensation potential and (c) operational infrastructure.

Compensation Details
$450-550k
The expectation is that all new physicians join the organization as an associate (employed) physician. The path to partnership is two years. At such point, the new physician is eligible to participate in partner-level compensation, which is inclusive of compensation derived from the pathology lab and ASC.
