Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of inpatient AP experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic schedule (all shifts/days).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and action-planning skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and empathy.
