Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Requirements:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Rheumatology - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
