Join Centerstone as a Psychiatric Medical Director and help shape the future of mental health care!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee psychiatric and nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
• Provide direct patient care while mentoring and supporting APRNs
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance psychiatric services and ensure top-tier care
• Participate in strategic planning, team meetings, and on-call scheduling
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to promote whole-person care

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified Psychiatrist with 2+ years of clinical experience (CMHC, psychiatric hospital, etc.)
• Leadership experience in psychiatric care, preferably with substance use disorder expertise
• Active or eligible MD/DO licensure in Indiana
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
