About Chesapeake Urology
Chesapeake Urology is the largest urology practice in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region. The practice currently supports 77 urologists, 3 pathologists, 5 radiation oncologists and 32 advanced practice providers (“APPs”) in the MD/DC market.
Eastern Shore Division
In 2024-2025, the practice is actively seeking a full-time urologist for its Eastern Shore division, with offices in Salisbury (primary), Berlin, MD and Seaford, DE.

Compensation Details
$450-550k
The expectation is that all new physicians join the organization as an associate (employed) physician. The path to partnership is two years. At such point, the new physician is eligible to participate in partner-level compensation, which is inclusive of compensation derived from the pathology lab and ASC.
