Looking to excel in your career as a medical director? Lead our dynamic team in Richland, Washington! TeamHealth has an excellent full-time opportunity for an emergency medicine physician leader at Kadlec Regional Medical Center and Freestanding ED in Richland, Washington.

Richland is a wonderful community that boasts an abundance of outdoor activities and is located in southeastern Washington near the Yakima and Columbia Rivers.  Kadlec is a level II trauma center with 38 beds and an annual volume of 58,000. Clinicians document with EPIC.  

Some of your leadership responsibilities will be: * Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions * Develop and sustain relationships with other physicians and hospital administration * Impact clinical strategies and workflows  * Participate in key hospital and TeamHealth meetings * Collaborate with hospital and TeamHealth leaders

In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine services and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as effective and outstanding leadership skills. This leadership opportunity will report directly to the regional medical director and vice president of operations and will be responsible for the oversight of full-time physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years leadership experience. Five to ten years of leadership experience is preferable. In addition, candidates need to be ABEM/ABOEM certified.

Can be employed or independent contract.  Competitive compensation with an estimated pay rate minimum of $250/hour to maximum of $275/hour. Full-time employed clinicians are eligible for benefits to include 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, group term life insurance, flexible spending accounts, long term disability, short term disability, and employee assistance program.

Additional compensation includes a competitive monthly director stipend and quarterly performance bonus.
