Join a highly respected private radiology group that has been serving the Richmond community since 1993. With a team of 35 board-certified radiologists and a newly negotiated two-year contract, this position offers long-term stability, schedule flexibility, excellent income potential, and strong professional support. The opportunity includes 100% teleradiology with a partnership track, providing both work-life balance and career growth.

Position Highlights:
- Stable Long-Term Contract: Collaborative team of 35 board-certified radiologists and 7 APPs
- Most flexible schedule in the industry – work on your terms
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and flexible hours
- No mammography or MRI requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $550K–$650K plus 12 weeks of vacation
- Additional wRVU earnings. 90th % income potential
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice, generous CME allowance, and a profit-sharing plan
- Negotiable sign-on bonus
