Lead the Opening of our Orlando Primary Care Office

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is looking for a Primary Care Physician to lead the expansion and opening of our newest geriatric primary care office in Winter Garden, Florida. Total compensation over $300,000 and patient volume of 12-15 per day.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• See 12-15 patients per day under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings over $300,000

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
