  • Phenotypic Analysis of Mouse Placenta; the Role of FSTL3 in Angiogenesis and Placental DevelopmentSacrificed FSTL3 gene deleted mice tissue was prepared into histological slices of tissue for H&E and immunofluorescence. Harvested mouse embryonic fibroblasts were cell cultured. From both sample types RNA was extracted, purified and prepared for PCRs; agarose gel used to extrapolate results.2011 - 2012
