Dr. Zia Ahmad is a Cardiologist based in both Missouri and Illinois, specializing in cardiology, (Interventional and electrophysiology). He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine from 1988 to 1990, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center from 1990 to 1993. He graduated from Dow University of Health Sciences in 1982 and has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). Dr. Zia Ahmad is on staff at St. Luke's Des Peres Hospital, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Iron County Medical Center, Mercy Jefferson Hospital, and Red Bud Regional Hospital.
