Summary

• I am a glaucoma trained ophthalmologist currently practicing in Monterey, California. My background includes residency training at NYU and Bellevue hospitals, where I cared for with an internationally diverse patient population. Many of these patients presented with advanced or end stage disease, and it was the job of the resident to manage these challenging clinical scenarios. In addition to my ophthalmologic training, I also learned a considerable amount of medical Spanish to help communicate with the Latino community while at Bellevue.
  
  For fellowship I trained at Emory, learning skills for surgical management of both adult and pediatric glaucomas. Since completion of glaucoma fellowship, I worked in a multi-specialty group in New York City as a glaucoma specialist. I also instructed ophthalmology residents at NYU School of Medicine on surgical and medical glaucoma management. Currently I am practicing in Monterey California, as a glaucoma specialist at Vantage Eye Center. I specialize in medical and surgical management of glaucoma and am accepting new patients.
