Summary
- I am a dual appointed Emergency Medicine and Trauma Critical Care Physician at Duke University Hospital. Clinical success to me is delivering top quality care to give someone the best possible outcome from the moment of injury through the ED through to the ICU care.
I believe in compassionate and collaborative inter-disciplinary decision-making involving patients and their families about which everyone can feel comfortable. Intellectually and academically I look forward to developing, educating and formulating policies and practices that improve the operational efficiency of healthcare infrastructure and quality of care delivered to patients for the betterment of health outcomes, stewardship of resources and humane decision-making.
