    Dr. Chong completed her medical school training at the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in NY, followed by a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NY.

    Dr. Chong served as an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology and assistant fellowship director of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Most recently, she served as Medical Director of Urogynecology and Associate OBGYN program director at Inspira Medical Center in NJ.

    Dr. Chong recently joined NYU Langone at Long Island as Associate Professor and Director of Female Pelvic Floor.

    In addition, Dr. Chong is a certified physician executive who achieved excellence in leadership with the education, expertise, and demonstrated skills to effectively lead healthcare organizations.

    Dr. Chong specializes in managing pelvic floor dysfunction, including but not limited to pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and patient education. Dr. Chong is fluent in English and Korean.

    Dr. Chong has presented numerous abstracts and presentations at multiple national scientific conferences. She has also published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals.
