Dr. William Smiley is now Professor Emeritus, Division of Cardiology, Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, Ga. He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Internal Medicine Residency at Wilford Hall USAF, Cardiology Fellowship at Emory University. Chief of Cardiology at Wm Beaumont Hospital for 15 years before returning to Emory where he was the Associate Director in Preventive Cardiology.
