He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons. He undertook advanced specialty pelvic floor and colorectal training with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust and Mayo Clinic, Rochester. He enjoys working with multidisciplinary colleagues in order to achieve the best care and outcomes for his patients, prioritizing compassionate and holistic care.
Dr. Perry continues to focus on patient safety and implementation strategies having completed a Master of Public Health as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University and subsequently serving as an external consultant to the World Health Organization's Department of Service Delivery & Safety (Geneva).
