Dr. William Lewis is a pathologist based in Decatur, GA, specializing in both anatomic and clinical pathology. He completed his medical education at Boston University School of Medicine in 1975 and has subsequently trained in various prestigious institutions, including Yale-New Haven Medical Center, Boston University Medical Center, and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His research contributions include multiple publications on cardiac mitochondrial regulation, cardiomyopathy, and the effects of antiretroviral therapy on the heart, with his work being cited numerous times in the scientific community.
