William Harrigan MD

Summary

• Dr. William Harrigan is a family medicine physician now retired after 40 years of active practice. Dr. Harrigan graduated with honors from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine in 1982. After completing post graduate training at the University of Toronto Hospitals he began his medical career in Collingwood, Ontario in family medicine and anesthesia at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital where he practiced for 10 years. In 1995 he founded the Department of Family Medicine at Graves Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky where he practiced until 2019. After relocating to Colorado he joined Rocky Mountain Family Medicine and later co-founded the Colorado Provider Network and served as Medical Director at Achieve Health until he retired in 2024.
  Over his career he served many leadership roles including physician for the National Ski Academy, the Board of Directors at Graves Gilbert Clinic as well as hospital boards and committees at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital and The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was the founding club sponsor for the Aktion Club of Bowling Green, a service club run by adults with disabilities, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green.
